Mommy Muscles is a safe and effective postpartum strength training program for moms of all fitness levels. It will include reconnecting the pelvic floor and core, stretches and releases for the body, and progressive strength exercises to build a physical foundation for the mom to get stronger and stronger. Suitable for moms who are 2 months + postpartum. Great for anyone who is new to exercise or athletic and needing to progress back into exercise appropriately after having a baby.
Supplies needed for program: 1 resistance band, 2 light weights (~5 lbs), 2 medium weights (~10lbs), mat (optional), yoga/physio ball (preferably medium or large size), firm foam roller (optional)
