Mom Core Challenge

An 8 week core exercise program written to help postpartum/post-baby moms heal and regain strength in their core. Specifically helpful for assisting ab separation (Diastasis Recti) in healing. The program includes inner core-focused exercises, breathing techniques, movement exercises, etc. Created with the help and input of postpartum physical therapists. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Supplies needed: two light weights (~5 lbs), yoga/physio ball, resistance band, mat (optional)

From learning to reconnect with the most important core muscles, to advanced ab exercises that safely tone the tummy after kids, this program is thorough, progressive, and effective! We will work on body alignment, ab engagement, and core strength 6 days a week for two months so you can see real results!
