This program is written for moms who are early in the postpartum journey. Suitable for moms 2-6 weeks postpartum. This program will walk you through pelvic floor and core conditioning, gentle release and stretches, and light cardio recommendations to assist your body in the healing the process. Also included are weekly videos that will educate you on how to care for your body in this vulnerable season. This program is written to provide a foundation of strength to the body that is needed for life’s demands and for further progress in exercise.
